Our Beliefs
The Foundation of Our Faith
At 2030 Church, the Bible is our ultimate authority — we believe it is inspired by God and trustworthy for life and doctrine. We believe in one true God, existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ, fully God and fully man, lived a sinless life, was crucified for our sins, rose again, and will one day return. Humanity, created in God’s image, fell through sin, but salvation is available to all through faith in Jesus alone — by grace, not by works.
The Life We’re Called To
We believe the Holy Spirit empowers believers today just as in the early church. We embrace water baptism and communion as symbols of our faith. We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit, with the initial physical evidence of speaking in tongues, to empower believers for bold witness and godly living. Through the Spirit, we grow in holiness, walk in community, and serve the mission of Jesus — to make disciples and reflect His love to the world.
Our Hope for the Future
We believe Christ is coming again — this is the blessed hope of every believer. We hold to the promise of His millennial reign, the final judgment, and the creation of a new heavens and new earth. We also believe in divine healing as part of Christ’s redemptive work. These truths not only shape our future, but inspire how we live today: with purpose, hope, and unwavering faith in a God who is faithful to His Word.
